Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Global System Store. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, securely, and within the estimated timeframes outlined below.
 
Processing Time
 
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed, and a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
 
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
 
Standard Shipping (United States):
Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days after processing.
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
 
Expedited Shipping (United States):
Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days after processing (available for select products shipped from US warehouses).
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout.
 
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
 
Order Tracking
 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier. You can track your order at any time by visiting the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
 
Shipping Destinations
 
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and US territories (APO/FPO addresses included). We do not currently ship internationally.
 
Shipping Restrictions
 
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
 
Missing or Lost Packages
 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building management, or your local post office. If you are still unable to locate your package after 48 hours, please contact us at support@globalsystem.store and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
 
Incorrect Shipping Address
 
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
